Our shipping partner is FedEx, for the best and most reliable next-day delivery service.
All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day on a next day delivery*. Saturday delivery not guaranteed if order placed on a Friday, order will arrive on Saturday or Monday.
Postage is free for any order. We stand by our aim of supplying high quality goods at reasonable prices and with an honest and efficient service.

Returns
If your item is damaged in transit or dead on arrival please contact us on info@powerpronto.com
within 7 days of receipt.
We will then send a replacement to you immediately and arrange for the faulty goods to be collected.
If you change your mind and do not want the item you have ordered, you again must contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will obtain a returns number and send the item back to us. It is highly advisable to record the return delivery as we are unable to refund any item sent without proof of postage that does not arrive. When the item has been received by our warehouse we will refund the cost of the goods. Postage costs are non-refundable.
When returning any item please clearly state your name, order number, returns number and reason for return for a speedier exchange/refund.
Any goods that become faulty after you receive it will be replaced under our free 12 month warranty. You must notify us that the item is damaged via email on info@powerpronto.com within the 12 month period and obtain a returns number. You will need to return the item and we will send a replacement as soon as it is received.
