| How long does it take from placing an order to receiving my goods? We do out absolute best to try and get your order to you the next day. If your order is placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday your order will be dispatched that day (subject to stock) and sent by City Link on a next-day delivery. We will then notify you by email that it has been dispatched along with your tracking number and link to the City Link website so you can track your order. How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE next day delivery on every order. Orders placed before 3pm will be received next day (subject to stock), orders placed after 3pm will be received within 2 working days. We stand by our aim of supplying high quality goods at reasonable prices and with an honest and efficient service.

I have my tracking number but cannot track my order. Why is this?
If you have just received your tracking number and try and track it immediately it can sometimes take a couple of hours to register that tracking number on the City Link website. Please be patient, you will be able to track your order a little later. The items I have ordered are out of stock, how long will it take to receive my goods?
Our stock turnover is relatively high so we get regular deliveries from our supplier. Usually an item is not out of stock for more than four days or so. We will notify you immediately if your goods are out of stock and advise when we expect the next delivery to arrive. We are always honest with our customers and endeavour to keep you well informed on the status of your order. My laptop battery has just arrived. What do I do?
We advise to give your new battery a good 16 hour charge when you first receive it. This will set it up to give you the best battery life-span possible. Try and use your laptop without the power supply regularly to allow the battery to work for itself. Batteries that are continually plugged into the mains become lazy and won't hold as much life as a battery that has been exercised! I have received my order but the goods I have received are wrong/not suitable. Can I return them?
If you wish to return an item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@powerpronto.com or via the Contact Us page and we will send you a returns label which will allow you to send the goods back to us. It is highly advisable to obtain proof of postage to protect yourself from goods going missing in transit. We are unable to refund an item that does not arrive back to us if you do not have proof of postage or a record of recorded delivery. What warranty is available for the goods I order?
Every item we sell comes with a 1 year warranty. If your goods are not performing as you'd expect them to please contact us and we will arrange a refund/replacement immediately. I've found the battery for my laptop but the mAh is different. Can I use this battery?
Yes. The mAh indicates the life of the battery per charge. A 6600mAh battery will last longer than a 4400mAh battery. Both of these batteries will be completely suitable for your laptop but one will last slightly longer than the other. I can see the battery I require but I want a higher capacity, can you supply this?
Possibly. There are some higher capacity batteries available to us that have not yet been uploaded to the site. Email us at info@powerpronto.com or via the Contact Us page and we'll double check our stock for you. My delivery address is different to my billing address, is this OK?
Yes, this is fine. You will need to create an account to enter both your billing and delivery address so that the payment will authorise properly but this should cause no difficulties regarding your order. I can\’t find the battery for my laptop. Can you supply it?
Although we endeavour to update our site regularly and keep on top of every laptop that is released this is sometimes not possible. It may be that we supply the battery you require but do not have it listed on the site under your model of laptop. Please email us at info@powerpronto.com or via the Contact Us page and one of our customer service advisors will research this for you and reply as soon as possible. What do I do with my old battery? The average household uses 21 batteries a year which in turn creates 20,000 – 30,000 tonnes of battery general waste per annum. Unfortunately only 1,000 tonnes of this waste is recycled which in turn leads to batteries causing water and land pollution and harm to fish, animals and ultimately humans. So what should we do with our old batteries? Power Pronto offer a FREE, safe and responsible laptop battery recycling service. Just send your used laptop batteries back to us when you are finished with them and we’ll dispose of them for you, you don’t even have to have bought the batteries from us in the first place!
